Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Truck-mount capacity handles larger losses without slowing down partway through.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Extraction dwell time gets adjusted based on how porous the specific concrete surface is.
We flag salvageable contents before starting so you're not guessing what to keep.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"They pulled water from between our hardwood boards without warping them further, which I honestly didn't think was possible."
Jasper L., Buffalo"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Buffalo"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Buffalo"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Buffalo"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., BuffaloIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 73834, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Buffalo address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
